Welcome to Bangalore Biryani. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services, located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order for delivery or catering, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Bangalore Biryani if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Service Availability

Our standard delivery operations cover a 5 KM radius around our BTM Layout central kitchen. Orders outside this radius are subject to distance-based surcharges or may be declined.
Catering operations and live firewood dum deployments (25KG to 500KG) are available throughout Bengaluru, subject to logistical feasibility and venue permissions.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable GST and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Prices for our Standard, Premium, and Elite catering packages are baseline estimates. Final quotations will vary based on guest count, specific menu alterations, and logistical requirements supplied by Make My Occasion.
For catering events, a 40% non-refundable advance is required to secure your booking date.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Bangalore Biryani and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website (including imagery, text, and culinary descriptions). You may access this from Bangalore Biryani for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and authentic firewood cooking, Bangalore Biryani shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our food. Please inform us of any severe food allergies during the ordering or consultation process.
